refiner mills, manufactured to meet the customers needs. We produce blades in different
material specifications from carbon spring steel to stellite subject to exact application,
designed to achieve the best wear resistance without compromising the drum or cylinder.

| The grade of steel selected is subject to the application, our extensive experience
is available to you and our technical staff will be pleased to advise you. Heat treatment is carried out in our own plant, the optimum combination of hardness and strength being dependent upon the steel specification and knife application, which is achieved by careful control of the tempering cycle. We are also able to advise on a range of specialised coatings for your specific application. | |
